Processing Times and Limits

All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our financial department. This review is completed within three business days, between Monday and Friday (6 AM - 5 PM GMT). You can have a maximum of three pending withdrawals at any one time.

Once approved, the processing time depends on the method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals take up to two hours, while card withdrawals take one to three business days.
